Feast and Fowl Play (Miss Fortune Holiday Series, #5)
About
Someone just stole Thanksgiving.
Neighbors Feeding Neighbors promised three hundred families in need a full holiday dinner—but with the deadline closing in, more than ten thousand dollars in donations has disappeared without a trace. No money, no supplier, and no Thanksgiving for hundreds of families who are counting on it.
Fortune Redding, Ida Belle, Gertie, and the uncontainable Brennan Noble are on the case, and every lead only deepens the mystery: a donation box that’s tamperproof, eccentric donors, a community leader with secrets, and a thief who seems to always be one step ahead.
The team is down to the wire and the clock is ticking fast. Between a bingo night descending into chaos, a cranky goose with a small army on the warpath, eccentric donors stirring up trouble, and a late-night stakeout that goes sideways fast, SWAMP TEAM 3, plus one, is racing against time to find the money, expose the thief, and save Thanksgiving before it’s too late.
Feast and Fowl Play is a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud holiday mystery full of friendship, small-town charm, and the kind of trouble only Sinful, Louisiana can serve up.
